But I thought maybe you all would understand....
I put today's weight into my tracker program and my BMI is now officially under 40... That means I've officially moved out of the "morbidly obese" category.
Granted, it's 39.3, and I just had a long talk with my doc about how BMI is a very crude measurement and isn't really all that helpful. BUT... It still feels good to move down a category.... heading in the right direction!!!

Amy, Congrats to you! That is NO SMALL achievement! And it's far from 'stupid!' You are doing a great job. I can't wait to say the same thing about my BMI! You just keep at it girl. Before too long you will be down into another BMI category. You are doing such a good thing for yourself and for your body's health. :) We are really proud of you Amy!! :)
