I admit it!
I am WITH YOU! I don't really care for working out. It's taken me months to get used to it again. It hurts every time, I sweat like a fool every time , and I'm exhausted each and every time I workout. The good news, is if you are sore, sweaty in places you'd rather not be sweaty, and want to fall over and sleep after the workout- then you've done it the right way! :) You need to push yourself to where you are a little bit out of breath while you are working out for about 15-20 minutes. During that time, after the warm up, is when you are burning calories and increasing your metabolism.
