I walked 3 miles this morning and stayed on track for my diet today! the google play for exercise training with a trainer and several exercise programs anywhere from 10 minutes to 30 minutes long I tried two of the 10 min. today will do again tommorrow.
Hope to do the same monday and maybe a little bit more with my exercise at least.
How is everyone else doing?
