Wow - Christmas is coming!
Karen - Good luck with getting all of your wrapping and baking done, but remember to take it easy too.
My suggestions for getting through the holidays is to drink lots of water, take smaller portions of the evil foods, make sure I am eating plenty of fruits and veggies, and get some form of exercise, even if it is just talking a walk.
Santa came to our house last night as he knows we are really busy the next 3 days, so he always comes to our house so the kids can open their presents on December 23rd.
