Yeeeeouch - back aches stink.  (Just in case there was anybuddy who didn't already know that.... Wink )   This is going to be a long week at this rate.  I did manage to teach my class yesterday, but I walked around like I was walking on thumbtacks - what a sight I must have been.

So, what are your plans for today?  I'm really enjoying reading your posts, but I can't really sit in this chair for too long.  It hurts my back when I haven't thrown it out - in fact, I wouldn't be surprised if it's part of the reason my back went out in the first place.

Oh!  Just remembered that this is Thirstday!  Let's make sure to glug!

Have a happy day!

HI Buddies.

Karen:  sorry you are still in pain, maybe the students were hoping you didn't keel over and they had to call 911 for help.

Ruthie:  walking in the cold is burr,  and then some.

Yesterday Rudi twice lifted her short front legs and walked out of her sweater, the first time I looked back like why aren't you walking and she had the sweetest look on her face like, Help Mom.   Then I started watching to make sure I saw her paws sticking out.

I said to my co-volunteer yesterday that the best thing I did in 2012 was signing up for this volunteer job.  It gets me out of the house and feels good to help people.   With the rising costs of everything, I might be eligible for free food myself someday.

Today I am meeting a friend for lunch that I haven't seen in person since last March as she hasn't had time to meet me in person so we were staying in touch over the phone.   Do some shopping then back to my small town as someone I use to work with,  to go to her Dad's calling hrs.

Survivor was good last night.  That Lisa is sure back and forth and forth and back!  I look for her to be booted off soon.

love to all,  Josie
