GOOOD morning! I need to lose my SITTING and reading! I have had a low crew here at daycare so kinda got into reading.NEED to get back to the treadmil and marching in place and well you get it! Glad you are feeling better Karen!

I need to lose my crazed idea I must formally exercise at home daily as these arthritic knees and cyst behind the right one, just can only do so much.

Good Morning! Did 15 min on the treadmill yesterday while waiting for a phone call...yea me!! Need to go over to my folk's....maybe lunch? Bought some new sink mats yesterday...so now need to clean my kitchen sink so I can put them in....also some laundry etc....Bowling tonight!

Karen...sometimes getting hysterical helps!

Good morning Carol!

I am loving your attitude and here to cheer you on. Reading is awesome and but I do agree that getting a workout in needs to be done too. I know it can be hard but just think of the benefits of it. You could have more energy to run around after the kiddos. Take the evening time to sit down with a good book if you have time. Or take a book to bed! Have a great day dear!!!

I'm heading to bed shortly. I work 8 pm to 4 am. I plan to not eat anything but a fruit snack after dinner tonight. :)

Good morning Josie. I am so sorry your having such trouble with your knees, I can only imagine how painful it is. It has got to make getting in a good workout hard. Have you tried some strength training? You could sit and get in a great upper body workout without even putting any weight on your knees. I just thought I would make the suggestion. Anyways, I am so glad you have a wonderful little dog to help ease the pain of your loss. I myself have 6 dogs and they do help!
You have a great attitude about things but also remember that when someone hurts you or treats you less than what you deserve you do have every right to speak up. Holding things in can only lead to destruction! I never want to hurt anyone but I sure as heck wont let them hurt me without them paying for it.

Good morning Ruth!

Its sounds like you have a busy day ahead of you. I know what you mean with the sitting and snacking. My best suggestion is that if you need to snack, keep it clean. You cant go wrong with a good piece of fruit or a cup of yogurt. If you do eat something other than fruit make sure you read the ingredients. Foods with a lot of chemicals and processed things in it arent good. Especially stay away from high fructose corn syrup......that stuff is beyond dangerous.
