Guess who's not on her way to teach a class today?  This gal!  Woooo hoooooo!  I'm going to spend the day getting ready for Thanksgiving - packing, etc.  We'll be spending a few days at my parents' house, so I probably won't be able to get on the board until Saturday or Sunday.

What are your plans for the day, Buddies?  I hope you have a great Wednesday!

HI Buddies.

Karen: I remember my husband's doctor mentioning neurontin but he had some success with the cymbalta and taking Vit B complex so he never took the neurontin and didn't do any patches either.  But I am sure if he had lived we would have had to pursue other treatments as needed.   Have fun at your parents.

I have my volunteer job today.

Thanks for sharing on your dog Karen,  I talked to my one friend yesterday and at age 7 her dog has suddenly developed a sever reaction to its snacks that it only gets when she goes somewhere and crates him.   His symptoms are so different from Rudi so I am more thinking in is the grasses or similar outside.   What I did after the second shorter walk is put her in my tub and just use Dial bar soap and wash her tummy and dry her off.   Have a laugh as this morning it is almost gone, again!

Ruthie: my Mom did that pacemaker check the last years of her life too.   We were lucky she could do it on her own since none of us lived in her town.

Thanksgiving day I actually have plans which I am thankful for.   4 of us ladies, 3 widowed and 1 divorced have reservations at a quaint inn that I have always wanted to go to.   Huge buffet, pricy and I will overeat but so what!

Enjoy your family ladies,  love to all,  Josie
