GOOD WEDNESDAY MORNING, BUDDIES!

Whew!  iVillage is fighting with me this morning.  I was trying to post an update on the status of the boards, and I couldn't get it to post - ironic, yes?  ;)  I'll try to post it again later.*

So, anyway, happy Wednesday!  Our shopping trip yesterday was a lot of fun.  We got to drive through Amish country to get to the Goodwill store, and the scenery was lovely.  We found quite a few things that we really like, so yay!  On our way home, we passed by the Herrs Potato Chip Factory, and they have their ground COVERED in Christmas lights -- it was beeeeeeautiful!  Joy to the world!

What are your plans for today?  I have class this morning.  I think I'll stop at the Goodwill on the way home.  I need to see if I can find something for Dan.  Wish me luck on that one!  Tonight - Survivor!

Have a wonderful Wednesday!

((((HUGS)))) - Karen

*Okay, so it turns out that the post did go through (I guess it just took a while), so now there are two of them.  Just ignore one of them, please.  ;)

Hi Buddies.

Karen:  I know the feeling on double post as I tried to post something days ago on the dog board, then days later after it didn't post it appeared!   If ivillage was the state of Ohio whoever goofed on the set up would get promotions!  Never failed, the dumber they were, the better job and pay they got.   Glad you found something at goodwill and the drive sounded beautiful.

I hope to make it the 5 hrs at innerchurch today.  Don't know why Rudi was sick.   I was laying in bed and didn't know if she was licking her paws or what.  I have heard of several friends lately whose dogs are licking so much, hot spots, their fur is bare.   We are guessing it is leaves laying on the ground?

I got some movies at the library and I need some more as on #4 of 5 now.

have a good day ladies, Josie

Good Morning....I was starting to think ivillage had blackballed me ....wouldn't let me register....It must hear my nasty thoughts about it....lol.....

Karen...so glad your trip to the Goodwill was a good one....and how fun going through Amish country....and seeing the lights...Sounds like a good day!  Good luck finding something for your hubby!!

Josie...OH NO...Hate that letter from the IRS....have had that happen before and NEVER good....Enjoy your day at your volunteer job....so good for those you help!  Our dog Bandit would get those 'hot spots' from licking....can't remember what we did....

Josie...answering your question....they will be able to be together....they will have their own apartment...but LOTS more help for mom AND help for Dad....as he has mobility issues....AND they will get meals...yea!!!

Spent the last two days Christmas shopping....and the roads have been ferocious....slick, wet, bumpy, just nasty....we have mainly stayed in our area to shop so that helps.  Had bowling last night...and between the walking and the bowling my knees were killing me...owie....Tylenol and rest....maybe some ice(if I have time)

Today...meeting with my folks and the new care center...they will asses them and we will have lunch there....so will be good....

Hope all have a good day!!!

Hugs, Ruthie
