What do you say to a friend who is struggling with her weight? I can't get to the page you linked -- sends me directly to a place where I can post a message.  As for my friends, thank goodness they have the good sense not to comment on my weight.  They're complimentary when I lose enough to notice, but they've never felt compelled to tell me I needed to lose.  That would have been a really uncomfortable scene.
