Friday ....November 9, 2012

Went out for breakfast...ate too much...but not all ....so that is something....Hubby and I went for an hour walk at the park the last two days....

No snacking last night after supper....:)

Thanks Karen!  today(11/14)...worked outside....at well at  meals and NO snacking...Lots of water... Good Day!

Congrats Ruthie: I didn't know you had posted down here, glad Karen mentioned it. Baby steps do add up, and I think to make changes you can live with make more sense in the long run as no point in going on a diet that is torture and you gain the weight right back. Behind you 100% Ruthie.

Thursday...11/15...Drank my water  :) ....hubby and I went for a two mile walk in the park...took us awhile as it was up and down hills...and we stopped and admired the scenery...so good for our mental health!!  :)  

Friday....Have figured it out....need to only weigh once a week...weighing daily drives me crazy....lol...Think my day will be Friday....

Two miles is great. It's nice that you have a pretty place to walk. That's got to help. I've never been into weighing daily either. Once a week is enough for me! Yay for you, Ruthie! ((((HUGS)))) - Karen
