Pretty smart - combining South Beach and Weight Watchers! I'm the same as you in that when I did South Beach Phase 1 I had great results in the belly area too! I'm such a carby though that Phase 2 was hard for me to continue with so I love the flexibility of Weight Watchers.
It is low carb but much healthier than Atkins. The 1st Phase if I remember correctly eliminates most fruit and then you slowly start adding in the healthy carbs including fruit.
