And I hate it when the computers go down! Hopefully you can get things reset so you're not blinded!!

Vanessa & Miranda, I'm going to take a break from the power pump class for two reasons. I've gone to power pump for a year and I feel the need to change it up - I'm getting a little bored and tired... I'm actually enjoying my treadmill sessions lately (can you believe it? I didn't think that would be possible!) and I feel like I'm making progress when I do more of them each week.

I wasn't feeling like I was doing either jogging or weights very well. It was hit or miss with both of them.

I do like the weights though since it is such a different workout than cardio but I just want to focus on jogging right now till I get that more to where I want it. Hopefully in a month or so I can add power pump back into the routine but until then I'd like to just do some weights at home to help balance it out.

Those cookies were little bites of sin... seriously. 400 calories a pop! There is only one left so I should be good tomorrow...lol.

LOL Don't you hate finding out the calorie disaster that some of those yummy snacks are?? I think that's a great idea to switch it up - your body also gets pretty used to certain types of exercise, so it's a good idea to shock your body with something new!

Lol - well kudos to dh for trying to cook dinner even if it wasn't good lol!

Tha's cool that you're enjoying the treadmill now and gonna mix it up by trying something different to get your weights in! Good luck!
