Vanessa -

I really shouldn't complain about doing my brothers taxes. His are VERY basic! I did take the extra time to freak him out though and tell him that he owed the IRS enormous amounts of money before I told him I was joking...mwah, ha ha ha!

Miranda -

Can you describe some the interval cardio workouts you give clients? Is it machine dependent or something simliar to what I did? I read somewhere that it was supposed to help increase my running speed overall as my body gets used to running at the faster paces. We'll see... I'm sure I need longer then 30 second intervals if I'm going to make that happen!

Looks like a really good day Carrie! Sorry about the spaghetti squash - it did make me smile a little though. I'm going to take a page out of your book and start posting my weekly "to-do" list in my journal - between the move and the wedding I'm headed in every direction you can think of!

What a great looking day! And holy smokes - busy week! And I know you'll get most of it done too!!

For interval training, usually I get my clients to do:

2 minute warm-up followed by 8 sets of 1 minute moderate jog, 30 seconds sprint, 30 seconds recovery. Then a 2 minute cooldown. It think that puts you at 20 minutes total.

Or there are these websites that also have some great drills:

Carrie that is so cool about Caden learning to ski so quickly! Good for him! And your tracking is looking great - I like the miles and weight chart. Apple crisp is definitely one of my downfalls - it is soooooo good!
