Wow Carrie - good day! I do love seeing the evenings get a little longer, although this time of year mornings are still a bit dark. Great job on tracking even when things weren't going the way you wanted them to! Here's to a great 2nd half of March!

Congrats on your awesome time! Sorry to hear it was so miserable for you though - that sucks but you did get through it :-) Did you eat something different prior to the race than last time?

Well Carrie - you are doing something right as your weight keeps going down!! Maybe you ate too close to the run? Or ate the wrong thing? That's miserable, but congrats on the great time!
