Hey Carrie - I know you're trying to watch your calories but make sure you're not starving yourself either! You didn't eat much yesterday.
Hope your legs aren't hurting for too long.
That is AWESOME that you signed up for a 5K while you're at an out-of-town-training AND that you're bringing your running shoes camping! That's some serious motivation!
Hey Carrie - not fair about the dog!! LOL I'm sure it's great for both of you even if only one of you is really feeling it!
And yay on registering for the 5K! You will have to report back!
How do you like the kinnect? I've heard nothing but great things about it. How about if you buy some baby cut up veggies to put in a bowl to snack on while you're making dinner? I know that buying those convenience packs is more expensive, but honestly sometimes it's totally worth it just to have it an go!
hey Carrie. I feel you on the snacking, but one thing I have found to really curb it is water. seriously. suck it down. I have a nalgene and i put a straw in it. you can drink 2x as much through a straw. also, you might want to add a bit more protein to your morning and it will keep you fuller longer. Some pb toast or an egg or something. I'm not sure of your diet. Plus just keeping it all out of sight really helps with the snacking. OH - chew some gum! that can help as well - that way you aren't as tempted to eat!
