Have you thought about one of the kids treadmills or bikes to have him exercise while you are? I wanted to get 1 of these for Dawson when he was small, but he was such a big kid, I never did. He always asked me why I was slow...or yelled faster, faster ; )

Sonia I love the idea of the kids exercise bike or treadmill!!

Carrie - your week looked pretty good overall I think, and I so admire your running distances!

Sonia - I didn't even know that they made exercise equipment for kids! You learn something new every day! I'll have to keep that in mind.

Carrie I hate those days when I just feel like my food planning is off. And TOM being around the corner sure doesn't help. I had a day like that yesterday myself. Do you find that if you're eating at particular times you stay on track and if you're off schedule it throws everything off?

As long as I eat small/often during the week I seem to be fine.
