Eww to lunges! I realize that I need to do more of them though. Will it help reduce the bulk of my thighs if I do? I feel like I've got "thunder thighs" and would certainly love to concentrate some efforts on my thighs. Maybe after the first of the year I'll figure out a thigh friendly workout....lol!

Hmmm... you might be on to something here! There's ice fishing, then summer lake fishing, then hunting.... He's certainly more of a die-hard hunter but I could encourage the fishing more if it garnered me more gifts! he he!

Hey CArrie I love the idea of a hunting present! Maybe there are other hobbies he could take up ???LOL

As for the glute & hamstring exercises - I think we do a lot with our quads and not nearly enough with the hamstrings - just remember to stretch them out!! And I know this is exactly what you don't want to hear - but lunges are great for that area!

Well is certainly was my "off day" which is a bit of a bummer because it might have been nicer to have that off day somewhere in the middle of the week instead of back to back with an "off weekend"...lol!
