Carrie, I think there must have been something in the air this weekend - it seemed to be a bit of a free-for-all for a few of us! LOL But I definitely think sweet potato fries count as a healthier choice!

Way to go on the long run!! That's awesome!!

I have a question as to what constitues water... coffee? Iced/hot tea? Hot Chocolate? Flavored water? Which of these do we get to count towards our water intake?

Hey Carrie - I'm a big fan of boring breakfasts. I like how you've broken it down! And eggs mixed with egg whites are a great way to fit in that protein first thing in the morning.

As for your question on liquid intake - I found a great article and posted it in the top folder - GREAT question! And one that always comes up when we're talking about getting in that magical 64 ounces.
