Carrie you are doing fantastic!!! Way to go on saying NO!! That was a totally well balanced day. I'm sure that you are going to handle the holidays much differently this year - now just make sure some of your dedication rubs off on me!! :-)

Carrie, I have no doubt you'll get there! You're at a completely different activity level from where you were at last year, and you're really on a roll! Even if you do gain a couple of pounds over Christmas (and who doesn't) you'll drop them quick enough!

I'm curious to know how you keep your calories so low - honestly I have a hard time getting down to 1500. Do you snack? I'm just nosy. And looking for ideas!

That's an awesome plan!!! Hot springs sounds perfect! I wish we had some closer by!

I like your meals - they all seem so reasonable. I just think I really have to get more discplined. It's not that I mind eating healthy I just haven't got into that groove.

Fantastic job on the 10K jog!! That is Amazing!! You ladies will kick butt at the run!

You do awesome with your eating - you're so disciplined! Awesome job running the 10K too - you guys will be just fine for the actual race - the other people around you will probably motivate you to go a little faster!
