That was quite a busy week you had! Happy BELATED Birthday! Sounds like you had a nice time! I think it's good you didn't track calories or food on your birthday weeked - you deserve to enjoy yourself - plus you gon in those runs - totally awesome that you did the 3 miles in 31:30! You rock!

Vanessa - I still can't beleive that I did the 3 miles that fast. I feel like my watch is fast or something! I don't feel like I'm running any faster than I used to but I do think that my stride is longer.
Kristy - yep! Celebrate all month long! On Monday I totally gave in to lots of junk food and extra desserts because "it's was my birhtday" even though my birthday is done and gone! It's just to handy of an excuse!
Miranda - let's hope those pounds are comming off! I've got to get them off so I can put them back on for Christmas!
I was going to say that I have a colleague with a birthday this month, and she celebrates all month long LOL I think the older you get you should be able to celebrate more because it's more of an accomplishment!
