Wow Kristy - you really have had a rough month! The stresses alone are enough to make you put on weight. I know that once you set your mind to it again though you'll be able to get it back off!

Which Jillian Michaels dvd did you watch? Good for you for getting back in to the WATP dvds though - and 4 miles on those days! Way to go!

Maybe by the "trying new things" each month you'll meet new people which can help with your stress levels!

Kristy I'm sending you {HUGS}. I know you bear the brunt of your family's woes. And honestly you do it with a far better attitude than I'd have!

But Carrie might have a good idea - counselling to help you develop those boundaries, and then coping mechanisms for when your are feeling guilty about setting boundaries.

It's hard to separate your feelings of love for your family and doing things for your family. You can still love them, and NOT do everything for them. (hmmmm, I may need to take that to heart with Matt!! LOL)

You know we are in that rough stretch of winter when it's tough to feel inspired to get out and do things. But we have to keep moving in the right direction. Now is the time of year when we just need to make sure we're pointed in the right direction and worry less about speed in getting there!!

I think you continue to inspire us on the board too! You set your goals, and then you always find a way to keep them in the back of your mind. And then at the end of the month there you are, being accountable and sharing how you did. That always impresses me. I find that I set goals, and about mid-way through the month that's the last I ever think about them. So seeing how well you account for them is something I need to aim for!

Ok, didn't make it to the spinning class, and I haven't been exercising like I'm supposed to, but things are still looking pretty good. TOM is done, so the bloat is vanishing (yay), and dating has certainly kept me from walking, but it's a pretty good motivator to get me back in the swing of things (lol).

It looks like you've really tackeled your mindful goals last month and are in a great place to start March off on!
