Those are all great goals Kristy! And I'm sure you can meet them! What a good idea to set little goals instead of trying to tackle the big ones that can just seem overwhelming! I know January is going to be a great month!

I love how you have set some mini-goals. Much less daunting then trying to tackle big leaps and before you know it you'll be where you wanted to be!

Even if you don't continue with WW I'll bet it provides some great support and motivation to getting started. I'm sure it will be great for getting calories/portions/choices back in order.

I hear ya - sometimes I wonder if this is all worth it. It's constant and any time I "lag" I seem to pay dearly for it. Gone are the days of blissful unawareness and certainly gone are the days of eating whatever I wanted and not gaining a thing or worrying about it! Groan* It is worth it though and when it's working it's on and I feel great! It's just a matter of continuing with it so I always feel good about it.

Glad to see you're still motivated! And you do have to plan for those days when you're going out - and be able to enjoy that without thinking "ohmigosh, what am I doing eating this" LOL It's all about balance! Hope you are feeling better!

Those days happen Kristy - It's just all about not letting them happen all the time and getting over them. Sounds like you are on the right track back with some exercise though!

And I get overwhelmed quite easily, so this method keeps me on track AND gives me some wiggle room! :)

Carrie, I'm getting over these past 2 days, and plan to be fully caught up with my mini goals by tonight or at least tomorrow by noon!
