I briefly debated with myself joining the WW on-line so I could get the new program materials but then talked myself about it because my journaling sucks so bad so I'm going to try again to journal my food on my own.

GREAT walk on Tues and then again on Thurs!!

Absolutely!! Anytime you're being active you're burning more than if you're sitting on your butt. So it might not be like a gym workout, but it does count for something!
