Great job Kristy! And I like how you've already made some adjustments to what you're focusing on with a busy month ahead! I'm the opposite - when I feel like things are hectic, I need to focus down to a micro-level to give me some sense of control! LOL

35 miles would be pretty good, too! I'm gonna do most of the miles before the 21st, because that's when my sister's getting into town, and I assume that I won't be doing a whole lot of exercise during TG week.

Cool that you are focusing on tracking one thing! That's my problem with food journaling - I get so overwhelmed trying to track quantity, calories, fat, fiber that I just end up giving up! lol
