Thanks Vanessa!

I do think that my mind is in a different place, and I'm finally ready to just have some fun!

Kristy we'll have to have an intervention on the honey buns LOL And then you can all help me when easter rolls around and I give into my Cadbury egg addiction LOL

It sounds like you are having an eventful year!! I'm glad you're feeling good about 2011 and it DOES look good on you!

I know you said you were going to add in some weights - definitely get on that!! You know muscle burns more calories that fat - so by adding some muscle you will be burning more calories even at rest! And when you do some high intensity weight training your body will continue to burn those calories even after your workout. So now I'll get off my soap box. LOL If you want some suggestions for what to get started on, just let me know!

If your arms aren't sore you may need to either add more reps or a heavier weight :-)

I'm with Vanessa. Sometimes we underestimate what we really should be pushing ourselves to do! What are you doing for your arms workouts?

Great job on getting started!! And your biceps and triceps are a good place to start. Yes, I would increase the reps - if you can do 12 to 15 reps easily, then you should move up in weight. Because you are working smaller muslces it won't take a big increase to really fatigue them.
