Tuesday April 5

Alright, so this week it's still looking like I have to scale back those calories. And maybe stop buying giant bags of mini easter eggs to gorge myself on. What a novel idea! I got to the gym Monday, and Kettlebell Tuesday, and will hit the gym Friday and Saturday or Sunday to get my 4 days in.

Breakfast: Soy Berry Smoothie, Coffee w/Vanilla Creamer
Snack: Coffee w/ Vanilla Shots & Cream
Lunch: Salad w/strawberries, chicken breast, and pumpkin seeds
Snack: Caramel Square
Dinner: Rice & Pulled Pork
Snack: Cadbury Mini Eggs

I stole your format back... :) I agree on the easter candy. I've bought a few bags of it and it's sitting in the pantry just calling out to me. I'm fine until it's been opened and then it might be a free for all...ugh! Is it better to teach our children to gorge themselves on holiday candies (Halloween, Valentines, Easter) for the day and then throw it away or is it better to limit them but then have candy around for forever? I wasn't going to do much Easter candy for Caden in his basket this year but then I went and bought a bunch of it because it was on sale. Talk about being your own worst enemy! What did you do for exercise on Monday? Your week looks like it's off to a fab start!

2 great workouts for you this week already! I can't have Easter candy in the house - I have a hard enough time not snacking on the kids' lunch goodies lol

That's sooooo hard to find a substitute for chocolate Miranda! Hope you find something that works for you - I haven't been able to find anything yet that works for me :-(

Well once again I fell off that darn wagon. And my body is totally rebelling against me because of my poor choices. So I just need to do what is good for my body!

I sat through an awesome seminar on coaching others and how to help them break through their barriers to success - and I'm going to try to find the presentation to share. It was all about how we need to change our beliefs in ourselves instead of just knowing what it is we have to do. Sounds hokey and obvious but it was good.

Anyhoo - had a really good eating day today, but no exercise since all the seminars I was in were more instructional than fun and active.

But I did buy a bender ball video - which is one of my new favorite toys. I'm going to try that out and will report back!

The seminar sounds interesting Miranda. I KNOW what I NEED to do (exercise & eat right) but I just never DO IT! I'm my own worse saboteur!
