Okay well August 2nd, and this month I'm determined to get my booty in gear! Last month I kind of petered out at the end, and ended up gaining a few pounds. Although I'm kind of raging PMSy so I might lose some of that. Crossing my fingers LOL
Last month's goals:
- Keep to high protein breakfast - YES. I'm pretty good at this one with eggs or protein smoothies
- Exercise for 100 minutes per week - Well I did 9 hours and 8 minutes, so even though some weeks were short, I got the average of 100 minutes in at 137 minutes per week.
- Keep off Gluten, Dairy, and coffee (to a minimum) - Nope. I was pretty bad last month. Have to try this again, as I ate lots of ice cream, gluten, and coffee.
- Complete two weeks of C25K at least
