Oh brother - I don't really know what happened last week. I got in three workouts, plus a boot camp class, so did okay for exercise but didn't really track food very well.
And of course I pigged out on Superbowl Sunday. Nice going. LOL
I spent the day with Anderson on Friday (we had both taken it off) and it was really nice! We talked a lot about what we do and don't like in a relationship which was good. He swears up and down that he does have a car and it's in the shop. So we'll see on that. LOL He hasn't really given me any reason not to believe him but like my sister so tactfully told me "you always find a way to screw up a relationship. Try not to do that this time." LOL
Anyways, I'm hopefully back on track exercise AND food wise. The week seems to be filling up quickly, but nothing that should interfere too badly with my workouts.
Well I'm still not doing great on tracking food - but I did get to the gym. Yesterday was my abs day - so not a lot of calories burned, but I got a quick run in too.
Was doing pretty well food wise until I got home and then I feasted on the rest of the tortilla chips I had bought for superbowl!
Carrie - Anderson lives quite close to our LRT (like subway) and honestly he's so far out from downtown that its faster to take the train in than drive! LOL And yes my sister is indeed a delight, but she also is pretty good at reminding me not to be a spaz. We all need someone like that I guess, LOL
