Look at that scale dropping missy! Good lord - how did you sleep with all that coffee - was any of it decaf?

I'm right in the middle of a big project at work now so my focus is pretty much tunneled. Poor Dh called me yesterday and I can't even remember what I said to him and he eventually just got off the phone with me...lol. I should have it wrapped up in the next few days and then I get to show it off to everyone - fun fun!

Congrats on getting your project done!

Do you drink your coffee with anything in it?

: ) I make excuses too...but instead of believing them I'm putting the responsibility back on ME.

Oh brother - I don't really know what happened last week. I got in three workouts, plus a boot camp class, so did okay for exercise but didn't really track food very well.

And of course I pigged out on Superbowl Sunday. Nice going. LOL

I spent the day with Anderson on Friday (we had both taken it off) and it was really nice! We talked a lot about what we do and don't like in a relationship which was good. He swears up and down that he does have a car and it's in the shop. So we'll see on that. LOL He hasn't really given me any reason not to believe him but like my sister so tactfully told me "you always find a way to screw up a relationship. Try not to do that this time." LOL

Anyways, I'm hopefully back on track exercise AND food wise. The week seems to be filling up quickly, but nothing that should interfere too badly with my workouts.

I compare the Superbowl to a big holiday...it's one of those days, you just have to eat!
Let's home your sister is wrong, and Anderson is honest ; )

Woo hoo for an extra day off and spending it with Anderson! He is sounding like a great guy and it's sound like you have good communication with him. So.... how does he get to work if his car is in the shop? How lovely of your sister to place all the blame on you for relationship disasters...lol. Some of them just can't be helped!

Superbowl - yea. We were supposed to go to a party but I bagged out and thankfully Dh was tired so it wasn't hard to convince him to just stay home and watch it in the comfort of our jammies...lol. We did do pizza and beer and I finished the game with some ice cream...you just gotta do it!

Well I'm still not doing great on tracking food - but I did get to the gym. Yesterday was my abs day - so not a lot of calories burned, but I got a quick run in too.

Was doing pretty well food wise until I got home and then I feasted on the rest of the tortilla chips I had bought for superbowl!

Carrie - Anderson lives quite close to our LRT (like subway) and honestly he's so far out from downtown that its faster to take the train in than drive! LOL And yes my sister is indeed a delight, but she also is pretty good at reminding me not to be a spaz. We all need someone like that I guess, LOL

Food yesterday:

Breakfast: Hard boiled egg, 1 piece of toast, water, tangerine, coffee
Snack: Coffee, Almonds (20)
Lunch: Chicken Noodle Soup, couple spoonfuls of bean salad
Snack: Green Tea, almonds (20)
Dinner: Pulled pork, grilled veggies, 2 pieces toast
Snack: 1/3 bag of reduced sodium tortilla chips

Workout: 20 min run, 20 minute abs & butt workout
