Okay, well I'm not formally tracking food and exercise just yet, I'm sitting here buried under blankets fighting off the darn flu - I got sick the day before New Year's Eve, and brought in 2012 being sick.
The good news is that I'm down in weight - I think last weigh in I was 136.5, which is pretty good for me.
My goals this Year:
- Get my body fat percentage into the low-mid 20's
- Get my body weight into the mid 120's
This month's goals:
- Get to the gym on average 4 times per week
- Cut out chocolate and pie
This week's goals:
- Get to the gym twice (if I'm better)
- No eating out this week

I love how you have laid out your goals. I'd like to take some time to do something similiar. How do you measure your fat percentage?
Hey Carrie - I ahve a body fat percentage scale. It seems pretty finicky - but I figure if I weight myself the same time every day at least I can see whether it's going up or down. It kind of says to make sure you have this much water and weigh an hour after drinking it, but honestly I'm more worried about the up or down trend than I am what the scale is starting off at.
Still feeling crappy - think it might have morphed into a sinus infection because I can't sleep through the night because of the congestion. So I'll get my prescription filled and see how it goes. Am going to try to get to the gym today for my first post New Year's workout!
Food has actually been really good - mostly because I don't feel like eating much, but also because I cooked up a big batch of chicken breasts pan fried in olive oil and garlic, and made some spicy roasted sweet potatoes so dinners have been easy!
Plus drinking tea all day actually keeps me from snacking! LOL
Am happy to see that my weight is down to 135.4! Yippee! So something is working! I'm really trying to keep my eating clean, and not eat any processed food right now because I'm still dealing with a colitis flare-up and honestly nothing seems to be settling it down right now. My biggest fear is that the doc will put me on prednisone which I'd like to avoid since it has such lousy side-effects.
Anyhoo - am hoping to get to the gym later on today! Have a fab Friday ladies!
So now I just have to come up with goals for the week ahead!
My workout goal this week is to get in four weight workouts, at least two cardio workouts, and a yoga class.
My financial goal this week is to do up a meal plan and stick to once a week grocery shopping.
My relaxation goal will be to take time one evening to read and relax instead of watching tv.
Your goal is 7 workouts next week - yikes! About how many minutes is that?
Monday January 9
Okay back to regular journalling LOL. Yesterday wasn't great food wise - because I'm working on polishing off the rest of the quality street. I'm down to the disgusting orange creams. :-P
