Ooooh boy, am I behind! I'ts already the 9th and I'm just starting my July journal!
Anyways, weekend was good - we're having some hot temps (hot for us!) here - about 30-35 degrees celcius which is 85-95 farenheit. So did a lot of work outside - planted my backyard planters, and all my herbs. I found pineapple sage that I'm excited to use, and I'm growing lemongrass this year. Now I just have to figure out how to use it!
I'm trying to follow the FODMAP diet, and so far so good, although there are a few things I'm sad about giving up - apples, onions and mangos. :-(
Found a killer leg workout that I did early Saturday morning over at www.myomytv.com that I'm still feeling this morning - my inner thighs are KILLING me! Which is awesome! I love that site. It has great circuit workouts.
I'm not going to track calories while I'm on this eating plan, because I have to make sure I'm cutting out all the right foods, and still getting all my nutrients in, so I figure I want to concentrate on that right now rather than the calories. I can only track so much LOL
Exercise wise, I'll be working out Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at the least. Since I now have Fridays off until the end of August I'll probably fit in a good Friday workout most Fridays too!
