June 4 2012

Food:

Calories: 1,420
Breakfast: Soy Milk Coffee Protein Shake
Snack: Coffee
Lunch: Almonds, Chia/Hemp/Buckwheat w/Dried Cranberries & Pumpkin Seeds, salad
Snack: Salmon, mixed berries
Dinner: Blackened Tilapia + fruit salsa, steamed asparagus

Exercise:

10 Min Elliptical
20 Min Circuit Workout

Highs/Lows:  

Pretty good day - food was good, I resisted temptation! Workout was just so-so, it was a bit rushed. But I think I've decided while my schedule is so busy I'm going to stick to interval workouts this month. But my period came a week early again, which is uber annoying and with the colitis it just makes me feel cranky and lousy.

June 8-9 2012

Food:

I won't recap all the food, but it was bowling day and sushi for a colleagues last day, so food was off. But the next day was so darn busy I barely ate at all, so it kind of evens out.

Exercise:

0 Minutes (does bowling count? Probably not the way I bowl, LOL)

Highs/Lows:  

Super busy weekend, it was bowling Friday night followed by Sushi, Saturday was Pride Parade in the morning, farmers market (where I found espresso infused balsamic vinegar and blood orange olive oil), then a date! Whoo hoo! Good date too with a doctor who recently moved up here from Dallas. Then the bodybuilding show which I'll post more about later but was AWESOME! and then Sunday morning I volunteered at the Crohns & Colitis walk at 8:00 - but there was great turnout which was good to see even in the rain!
