Okay ladies, I can't believe I'm already friggin' behind!! Sheesh. My life is playing catch-up. I am forever behind. LOL
Weekend was good - I have loads of holidays to try to take before July 1 when my vacation rolls over, so Friday was one of my holiday days. Yippee! I rode into the gym and did a workout, and then rode home. I burned a whopping 1182 calories on top of my normal calorie burn for just living. So of course I ate junky stuff all weekend. Siiighhh. When will I learn?
I found the most delish recipe for tomato jam. Good bye ketchup! This is sooo much better! Although I'm not sure how much better for you. LOL
I have written out a schedule for the month of May and actually put my workouts into my calendar like everything else I do. Hopefully that will help keep me on track. And I do find that I've rediscovered how much I love to cook - which is so much better for my wallet and waist!
