Okay - I'm going to ATTEMPT to get strict with myself, set some actual goals, and track, track, track! I'm setting weekly goals, and will be tracking them in my new nifty tracking binder. And actually yesterday wasn't a total disaster, but I didn't need the spaghetti. I got home and made some yummy fruit/nut bars to help tide me over on my late days so I don't stop and pig out at the grocery store.
Weekly Calorie Intake Goal: 2,030 / 11,200
Weekly Minutes Goal: 82 / 210
Weekly Calorie Burn Goal: 2,296 / 15,000
