Okay well kind of a late start! But this month is off to an okay start.
I don't really know how I'm going to track or how closely.
My goals are:
Keep snacking to a minimum. Maybe have a cheat day.
Exercise 200 Min per week
Wednesday Oct 5
Kind of a disaster day. Got supremely ticked off at a co-worker. She is the classic one-upper (like Penelope from SNL). Yesterday I had bought a new dress, shoes, and ring for an event in October. So I show her and she says "Oh I had a dress made out of the same material in grade 9". Nice. Then she looks at the ring and says "Oh I wish I could wear fun rings. My jewellery is all expensive". Doubly nice. Siiighhh. She is just one of those people. So, obviously I went and ate my feelings. LOL Good job me!
Breakfast: 1 Egg, 1/4 egg whites, 2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds, Coffee w / Creamer
Snack: Oatmeal, Blueberries, 3 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
Snack: Caramel Square
Dinner: Chocolate covered raisins, shrimp and soba noodles, ginger beer
Exercise: 15 Minute Ab workout, 15 Pull-ups on the assist machine, 10 Dips on assist machine
