August was kind of a bust for me. I don't know why but this summer felt sooo disorganized! I think just becuase I seemed to have a lot of personal upheaval, and I was taking ownership of things I shouldn't have.
So September I'm going to try to be a bit self-centred and worry less about everything else that is going on.
Anyways, my goals for September are:
1) Set some weight goals for my weight program. I've been pretty easy on myself for the amount of weight I'm lifting so I'd like to increase this.
2) Get a cardio program so that I'm doing actual cardio (running, biking, swimming) 3 days a week.
3) Reduce my body fat by 3% by end of the month.
4) Start my fitness blog
