August was kind of a bust for me. I don't know why but this summer felt sooo disorganized! I think just becuase I seemed to have a lot of personal upheaval, and I was taking ownership of things I shouldn't have.

So September I'm going to try to be a bit self-centred and worry less about everything else that is going on.

Anyways, my goals for September are:

1) Set some weight goals for my weight program. I've been pretty easy on myself for the amount of weight I'm lifting so I'd like to increase this.

2) Get a cardio program so that I'm doing actual cardio (running, biking, swimming) 3 days a week.

3) Reduce my body fat by 3% by end of the month.

4) Start my fitness blog

Monday September 5

Not a bad day - even though I got off to a slow start. I decided to try one of the training routines out of Tosca Reno's Clean Eating workout book. It's awesome! It has a long routine and a short routine that you switch up, and the long routine was LONG. 1 hour 20 minutes, but it was a great workout! Weird eating day though I guess I missed lunch completely. Had an earlier dinner though, so made up for it!

Food:

8:30 1 egg, 1/4 cup egg white, 1/3 cup oatmeal w/blueberries, coffee w/vanilla creamer
11:00 coffee w/vanilla creamer, grapes

2:00 Intermediate Heavy Workout (640 calories, 1 Hr 20 Min)

5:45 Pork Tenderloin, Potatos, Corn, Grilled Zucchini, Beer
7:30 Mini Freezie, 3/4 cup wheat w/honey
9:00 Tea

Water:

33 oz

Was the Magnum ice cream bar as good as it looks in the advertisements? Do you have a Starbucks card? Last month I activated and loaded mine and put $50 on there - that's my limit for the month for myself. I had to Google Tosca Reno. Are you following the eating plan as well? That dinner sounds interesting - I don't think I've ever had chicken livers.

Your food and workouts look amazing - as always! How accurate is your body fat measurement? Is it a scale? Very interesting!
