OK...so this IS the month that I'm going to get up to 20 miles a week!
Feb 1 - 4+ miles on the treadmill.

Feb 3rd - 4 miles OUTSIDE! Woohoo...I was a slacker and didn't take my clothes with me, so I left an hour early to get home in time to get outside.
Feb. 4th - no running today...light weights and ab work.
