Sonia, that is a great start to March!! Way to go! And I'm with you - I can hardly believe that it's March. And not just the fact that it's March but that we're almost 1/2 way through!! I would love to be able to slow things down a bit so I can catch up!

Hey Sonia - how did the rest of your week go? How many miles do they have you running per week? Is it all steady jogs or do they have you doing interval training? Are you liking the weights?
No more travel any time soon. I didn't get to see much, but it was beautiful. I would love to back for a personal visit so I could see more and relax! The training schedule doesn't really go in to pace/intervals. My coach actually said that the goal is to make the 13.1 miles healthy and that the training should focus on being able to stay on your feet for long enough to do it. I'm not doing the weights as much as I should be, I need to turn that up some!
12th - woke up feeling very run down, but my schedule had 8 miles on it..after missing the 6 miler last Sat, I didn't want to miss another long one, so I hit the road.
Sonia thats impressive that you got out there to do it, and that it was even longer!!! How did you feel on the run? Were you thinking it felt long or did you just think that's what 8 miles felt like?
