Nov 5th - 50 Burpees with 15 extra push ups and a 3mile run (love weekends)

Sonia - what are you noticing with the burpees in terms of where you really feel it? A lot of circuits I do have burpees in them, and almost any boot camp class - I can do them, but I don't think I'll ever love them! LOL

Great job on getting in the exercise on the vacation - that takes some discipline! But I do love having the free time to get those workouts in!

At first it was stomach, ribs, arms, back...I don't really get sore from them now unless I do more than the 50.
I always work out more on vacation!

Nov 7 - 60 burpees..2 sets of 30 broken up with 30 calf raises with Dawson on my back in the middle of them!
