Yes I'm curious too - and do you break up the calf raises? Are you doing them on a step? Inquiring minds want to know your secrets Sonia! LOL

Actually I'm with Sonia on this one - easier to work out on days off or on vacation because you have more time. I guess with younger kids it might be harder.

So Sonia are you going to keep with the calf raises or add something different?

Nov 12 - 50 burpees - 4.5 miles - the 50 more burpees..this time I just did a plank instead of a push up on the down part. Since I still can't do real push ups, I'm dropping to my knees for sissy push ups..I have a nice blister (rug burn, hole,??something) on my knee, so I wasn't up for 50 more push ups.

OUCH! maybe you'll need some of those gardening knee pads! Great job on fitting in the run too!
