Stacy, I think your calories look great - and it's early in the month - so you can make adjustments and still end up with a great month!

Sorry that you're not fond of the new format - I'm reserving comment for a bit until I see if they iron out some of the quirks!! LOL

I keep saying that I'm gonna try the Sweet Potato fries, but I forget to buy them!

Hi Kristy--I just use ketchup on the sweet potato fries, but they also taste pretty good plain. As for the core workout, I do the ab and back exercises my physical therapist gave me. I've been terrible about keeping up with it and I'm really feeling it.

Wow Stacy! Looks like you got some great walks in on the weekend! Awesome!

For some reason I actually plan workouts better during the week when I actually have less time to do them..... You'd think it would be easier on the weekend when I'm not working but it doesn't seem to work that way for me.

Today was a little better in terms of carbs and I managed to fit another long walk in. Unfortunately, it caused blisters on both of my heels, so I guess I'll need to pick tomorrow's shoes carefully.
