Hello thanks for all the support you woudeful ladies love the encouragement ,and kind words . In may I was 177 pounds and now 1 am 165 pounds that makes me really happy. My hips went from 43 to 41 ,my tummy went from 33 to 31 my bust went from 38 to 36 so 11 pounds and 6 inch's lost since may, am hopping that by October to bee 1 35 pounds if I make it great! But if I don't then it's no loss to me I am a happy person anyway. thank you and god bless xxxooxoxxxoo

Sounds like you are doing well! How exciting to see the numbers change! Goals are always motivating but you've also got the right attitude - being a happy person can keep you moving forward!

Hey Josette - those numbers are amazing! Way to go! I agree with Carrie - the numbers are good, but your positive attitude is even better! Here's to a great August!
