Some weeks are just like that - and especially if you're just settling in. Maybe if you have time over the weekend cook up a batch of something that will keep you in healthy food for the week!

I'll be curious to know what you find between sparkpeople and WW. I am desperate need of being more accountable with my food!

I'm right there with you ladies - I need more food accountability to! Granted, needing it and wanting it are to totally seperate things! lol

Baby steps - it might be a lot of processed foods this week but if it's getting the correct points or calories in then it's keeping you on track. I'm sure once you get settled in you'll have more of an oppurtunity to switch a few foods around!

Did you have a good Easter? How did your big dinner go with all of Jamie's family?

Miranda I am going to go back to "power cooking" sessions. Life just gets out from under me during the week - that I always end up scrambling for something fast to make for dinner.

Easter was AWESOME! We got a lot of the unpacking of main areas done and I even got a little domestic diva in me and cooked up a good (but not healthy) crockpot mac n cheese to go with the ham, turkey, mashed potatoes, green beans, deviled eggs and potato salad we served.

Great job on getting to the gym! There always seems to be that holiday-hangover where there are leftover goodies, the schedules haven't settled back down and it seems honestly to take a week to recover regardless of what the holiday is - you need to have that next weekend to regroup and get back on track!

Your so busy! I don't know how you fit in 1/2 of what you do. Makes me feel like a wuss when my journal has had the same "to do" item on it for 4 weeks that would probably only take me 20 minutes to do!

When your that busy, having off days is probably just par for the course! It looks like your getting some good days in when you can though!

90 minutes of yoga! You'll have to share your thoughts on it!

Geez - I've really been sucking at keeping up this journal! I'm trying my hand at a blog so I've been tooling around with that. Here's my update for last week - it ain't pretty:

April 9 - 15 Spring Challenge

Exercise Goal = 120 min - ACTUAL = 117 minutes - PITIFUL!!
M = 0
T = 39 min
W = 40 min
Th = 0
F = 0
Sa = 0
Su = 38

Water = 316 oz
M = 60 oz
Tu - Su - Didn't track the rest of the week

Stretch = An elliptical workout - Did not get it in

Bonus Goal (New exercise) = P90X Yoga dvd (I've been avoiding it because I'm not a big yoga fan AND it's 90 minutes)

Hey - 117 minutes of exercise for the week isn't pitful at all! You are probably used to lots of minutes with your double workouts but with everything you've got going on I'd say 117 minutes is awesome!

And great attempt at the yoga dvd. I've never tried it before and I've always wondered if I'd like it...my balance and flexibility are both wretched which just seems like a bad combo for yoga. I thought it was similiar to pilates though...whats the difference?
