Well, I keep falling off the tracking wagon. Maybe if I don't eat so much it won't be so hard to keep track of! lol

I am finally liking the way my body looks right now (especially my arms) with the exception of my stomach - my problem spot. It's not AS bad as it has been but it still needs work. The main thing that helped me when it was at its smallest was the South Beach Diet. I'm not ready to jump in to that right now but I am ready to start tracking again and cutting back on the whites (flour, sugar, bread etc) in my diet and up my workouts - wedding dress fitting is in 2 weeks!!

Vanessa, that's great that you're seeing some results! I love that! I remember you doing the south beach diet before - I know that cutting out the sugar is definitely something I need to do - I've done really well on cutting out white carbs, but the sugar kills me!

Let's hop back on that tracking wagon and get our butts in gear!

Vanessa - I agree. Tracking can be quite the effort - especially if you graze! It has the biggest payoff though so I attempt it at times...lol.

Woo hoo for your bod. he he! I'm not that familiar with the south beach diet - is it a low carb diet? I really need to adjust the carbs in my diet but lately it seems like I barely have time to look at the calorie numbers let alone anything else!

Vanessa, great job on the water, and the P90x workout!!

Carrie - I've noticed I've been doing low-carb because I'm trying to avoid a lot of gluten, and it's not that hard once you make some general substitutions like rice, and alternative grains, or just not having to have carbs with every meal.
