NOTES: Way too much prepared/processed food this week, need to get back on the P90X dvds!
I'll be curious to know what you find between sparkpeople and WW. I am desperate need of being more accountable with my food!
Baby steps - it might be a lot of processed foods this week but if it's getting the correct points or calories in then it's keeping you on track. I'm sure once you get settled in you'll have more of an oppurtunity to switch a few foods around!
Did you have a good Easter? How did your big dinner go with all of Jamie's family?
Monday
When your that busy, having off days is probably just par for the course! It looks like your getting some good days in when you can though!
90 minutes of yoga! You'll have to share your thoughts on it!
Geez - I've really been sucking at keeping up this journal! I'm trying my hand at a blog so I've been tooling around with that. Here's my update for last week - it ain't pretty:
April 9 - 15 Spring Challenge
Exercise Goal = 120 min - ACTUAL = 117 minutes - PITIFUL!!
M = 0
T = 39 min
W = 40 min
Th = 0
F = 0
Sa = 0
Su = 38
Water = 316 oz
M = 60 oz
Tu - Su - Didn't track the rest of the week
Stretch = An elliptical workout - Did not get it in
Bonus Goal (New exercise) = P90X Yoga dvd (I've been avoiding it because I'm not a big yoga fan AND it's 90 minutes)
And great attempt at the yoga dvd. I've never tried it before and I've always wondered if I'd like it...my balance and flexibility are both wretched which just seems like a bad combo for yoga. I thought it was similiar to pilates though...whats the difference?
