I started December at 150lbs :-( Now the goal is to DEFINITELY be in the 140s by Jan 1. Typically I never LOSE weight during the holiday but this month I'm really going to try - even if it's just 2-3 lbs.
The plan:
- Lunchtime treadmill runs or walks 4 times a week
- 30 Day Shred dvd 4 times a week (a.m. OR p.m.)
- Track food
- Run a 5K on Christmas Eve
Thursday, Dec 1
B - coffee w/ creamer, equal, sandwich thin w/ laughing cow cheese, turkey bacon; apple
L - chicken quesadilla w/ sour cream
S - fiber one 90 calorie brownie
D - 5 wings, green beans
Water:
Th - 72 oz
Exercise:
Th - 12p - 30 min Treadmill Walk 2.2 miles (Level 6 Random, 4mph)

It's super hard to keep with it when your busy and have plans that put so much in the air - I wish I had ideas or ways to help you out but I'm afraid I struggle with this also!
Regardless I hope you have a smashing week and have fun celebrating his birthday!
Mini goals... mini goals for this week:
Wed & Thurs- lunchtime workouts, no alcohol, pack my food for work
Fri - morning workout, pack my food
Fri-Sun - I'll be in Atlantic City for Jamie's birthday so I'm not planning on a Saturday workout but maybe Sunday afternoon/evening when we get back I can squeeze one in before the kids come back. I don't anticipate my eating will be great Fri night through Sunday morning and neither will my alcohol consumption so I guess my goal for Monday morning will be to at least weigh-in and assess the damage I did.
Do you and Jaimie find yourself going to the same places to eat? Maybe you could look up the menu and have a few healthy options in place. I really don't know how else to do it - even the salads seem dangerous when you eat out!

Unfortunately no - we tend to try different places. I'm going to have to be one of those boring people that goes out & orders the steamed vegetables and baked chicken cooked in no oil! lol
