I started December at 150lbs :-( Now the goal is to DEFINITELY be in the 140s by Jan 1. Typically I never LOSE weight during the holiday but this month I'm really going to try - even if it's just 2-3 lbs.
The plan:
- Lunchtime treadmill runs or walks 4 times a week
- 30 Day Shred dvd 4 times a week (a.m. OR p.m.)
- Track food
- Run a 5K on Christmas Eve
Thursday, Dec 1
B - coffee w/ creamer, equal, sandwich thin w/ laughing cow cheese, turkey bacon; apple
L - chicken quesadilla w/ sour cream
S - fiber one 90 calorie brownie
D - 5 wings, green beans
Water:
Th - 72 oz
Exercise:
Th - 12p - 30 min Treadmill Walk 2.2 miles (Level 6 Random, 4mph)

This time of year, you really just have to fit in workouts when you can.
I can't wait to hear how the first official meeting for Jamie and your Seattle crew goes!! :-)
It sounds like a fun trip home! Will this be the first time Jamie meets your parents? Ohhh.... scary! Be sure to really pep him up and then watch him squirm!
We booked tickets home to Seattle for the 26th and I told Jamie "oh my God - I'm almost 15 lbs heavier than the last time I was there 2 years ago - how am I gonna lose 15 lbs in a week?" lol I am fortunate enough though that I have long legs for my body so mytrue weight doesn't show as much as with other people but dangit you would have thought that would have been inspiration enough for me to get up and start exercising but nooooooo..... nope, nada, zilch. So like Carrie I need to come up with a mini plan for the week. I want to get in at least 3 runs and journal my food!
We booked a hotel that has an indoor pool and a gym so maybe I'll even get some exercise in while we're away, but I doubt it lol. This is the 1st time I'm not staying with my mom just because we booked so last minute and everyone is working that week and I have so many people to visit and we're going to be so in and out so it will be weird to almost be like a "visitor" at home.
