Well this month will be a non-exercising month for me while I recuperate from my January 26th surgery. The doctor said I wouldn't be able to exercise for 6-8 weeks - I'm hoping for the 6 weeks (March 9th). In

Well I know it's going to be a tough month but it is a good chance to focus on other things besides exercise. And just think how great you are going to feel when you're fully recovered!!

Good idea to keep up with a journal a goals..maybe it will make it easier to jump back in to things when you a release to exercise!

I love those tomato/basil crackers...sigh* I could eat the whole box - with or without dip!

Your mindful goals look hard girl! Your supposed to be resting...lol! Taxes - shudder. I don't even want to think about them yet. For some reason I do mine by hand - long form for both.

Great job on tracking food! I want to know more about the salmon cake - I LOVE salmon but I don't have the foggiest clue as to how to make/fix/buy it...

The workout schedule starts with me slowly starting back with walking on the treadmill for the 1st 2 weeks then afterwards restarting the Couch to 5K running plan (to prep for a 5K June 26) along with restarting the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred dvd. After I've completed the 30 Day Shred dvd I want to start the P90X dvds!
