January wasn't TOO bad to me. I went back to exercising consistently, I rejoined Weight Watchers AND I got out of the 150s! I will admit that this past week between my cold and being cocky at my 5 lb weight loss for the month I didn't track or care like I should have so now I am definitely back on track - this morning's slight weight gain for my weekly weigh-in

Vanessa, it looks like you are having a GREAT week! I'm sure you will get used to that level of exercise, but I know how much you hurt the next day!! I'd suggest seeing if you can even go for a walk or something to help flush out that lactic acid build-up after an intense workout. Here's to a great second half of the week!

Look on the bright side - if you are busy working out 60 - 90min each night you won't have time for any late night snacking!

Vanessa, it's good to take a rest day after a big day of exercise to let those muscles recover. And hopefully now all those superbowl leftovers are gone! But Carrie's right - we move right into Valentine's Day which is no fair!!
