January wasn't TOO bad to me. I went back to exercising consistently, I rejoined Weight Watchers AND I got out of the 150s! I will admit that this past week between my cold and being cocky at my 5 lb weight loss for the month I didn't track or care like I should have so now I am definitely back on track - this morning's slight weight gain for my weekly weigh-in

I think it's a good idea to incorporate some rest days in your exercise schedule!
Great exercise week last week!
I just get it at the grocery store in the lunch meat section.
Friday night I had a salad when I went out to eat with the kids - and a cookie lol
Saturday I didn't have breakfast but I had a cheeseburger and fries for my lunch/dinner followed by m&m's at the movies and then ice cream in the evening. Total splurge day!
Yesterday I ate ok but didn't exercise Saturday or Sunday. Friday I did the Shred dvd and I walked again on the treadmill.
Monday I walked on the treadmill at lunch and ate healthy through the day but then Monday night I drank too much and didn't eat dinner.
Tuesday I was too hungover to get in any good workouts and I ate a big, unhealthy breakfast, skipped lunch and had Chinese food for dinner.
Today I've been nibbling from the box of chocolates I got with my flowers which is going in the trash when I leave work today but I did get up and do the 30 Day Shred dvd this morning and got in a treadmill walk at lunch. Jamie got off work early today so he's making tacos for me and the kids for dinner but tomorrow I plan to be back on track with my food!
