January wasn't TOO bad to me. I went back to exercising consistently, I rejoined Weight Watchers AND I got out of the 150s! I will admit that this past week between my cold and being cocky at my 5 lb weight loss for the month I didn't track or care like I should have so now I am definitely back on track - this morning's slight weight gain for my weekly weigh-in

Vanessa, I'm sure you'll pull out the stops by the weekend - I did my share of eating chocolates on Valentine's day - so understand!

The scale was only 1/2 a pound up today so I'm really not complaining!

I had such a great weekend that I didn't workout over the past FOUR days and I haven't tracked a full day of Weight Watchers points in weeks :-( Today I'm trying to do better - I've done my workouts and I've logged my points so far. This will be another week of finger-crossing for my weigh-in on Thursday...

I don't know about you but I'm ready for March - I need a clean slate! I did giggle over chucking the valentine chocolates in the trash at the end of the day. I have to do the same thing which is such a waste! I've just never figured out how to resist them once they are opened!

How did you do yesterday tracking? That is the hardest part for me... it's just so time consuming and when I'm grazing it can be really hard to enter the numbers! Great job getting the workouts in!

Okay Vanessa - for some reason my week went totally downhill too. Must have been something in the air. LOL Let's get our butts back in gear, and I'm with Carrie on this one - bring on March!

I tracked great while I was at work Carrie and then when I got home with the homework/dinner/bedtime frenzy with the kids I didn't log a darn thing :-(

I am so ready to get my butt back in gear Miranda. A new Weight Watchers week kicks off for me tomorrow mornign after my weigh-in so I'm trying to think of a reward for myself if I track for one entire week I'll reward myself with ____________. I got my tax refunds socked away now so I'm going to think of a little "reward" to myself for next weekend if I track for the full week - maybe dowload some new songs to my ipod, or a fancy lipstick from the cosmetic counter rather than the drugstore or a new pair of workout pants...

Hey Vanessa, have you heard of Luxe Box? If you're a make-up or cosmetic junkie (I definitely am) it's a fun way to reward yourself - you sign up for a 'subscription' and every month you get a box of sample make-up, perfume, lotions, etc.

I should experiment but I just use eyeliner and lip gloss/lip stick/lip liner
